Definition and Installation Services

definition-installment

Early in your relationship with Indyme, our Sales Applications Engineers diligently work with you to define the system components and configuration that best meets the unique needs of your stores. When that solution is approved for deployment, Indyme’s Solutions Deployment Group is tasked with ensuring correct and timely implementation at each store. This team has successfully deployed systems in thousands of stores nationwide ranging from single outlets to rapid-paced chain rollouts of over 2,000 outlets.

Installation Services

Planning and scheduling is the first step in the installation process. Indyme’s Project Management team works closely with your Operations, Information Technology, and other personnel to ensure smooth coordination and preparation prior to installation day. The actual installation is performed by Indyme’s nationwide network of certified field technicians who are supported throughout the process by the Indyme Solutions Deployment Technical Support Team. Key services comprising the installation process may include:

  • Project management and scheduling
  • Equipment delivery verification
  • Interface definition to existing store systems
  • Custom client-specific Installation and Operations Manual
  • Remote system commissioning
  • Operational training of store personnel
  • Closing quality check one week after installation
  • 12 month workmanship and materials warranty

Remote Commissioning Service

The Remote Commissioning process is performed upon completion of each installation before the installing technician leaves the site. This process verifies that the system is completely and properly installed and is functioning correctly. Indyme’s Solutions Deployment Technical Support Team remotely accesses the system via network or dial-up modem to monitor system activities while working through a detailed checklist with the field technician.

Remote Commissioning is used on all Indyme turn-key installations. It is also a final operational confirmation step for those installations not physically performed by Indyme.
