Reports and Administration Services
Indyme’s Solutions Support Group offers ongoing services related to providing activity reporting and the administration of store systems. Depending on your situation, these are services that can be performed completely by Indyme, partly by Indyme, or completely by your team (typically after benefit of training offered by Indyme in these areas). Reporting Services
Indyme store systems retain data on events and other activities processed by the system. For example, a log entry retained for each shopper call box transaction includes date, time, location within the store, and response time. Indyme’s subscription reporting service securely gathers this data from each store and generates reports revealing performance at each store, district / region, and throughout the chain as a whole. These reports can be pushed to designated subscribers or posted to a secure location for review. In addition to providing management with a unique view of store performance, this data can also be used for system health monitoring. This valuable service identifies defective or missing devices, such as shopper call boxes, and supports proactive measures to promptly restore the system to full operation. Administration Services
