Restroom Inspection – a typical task management application For many shoppers, clean and well-supplied restrooms are an important satisfaction factor. Using task manager, team members are notified by 2-way radio or other devices that it is time to inspect. Reminder or escalation messages are sent when the task is not promptly completed. Responding team member confirms that the inspection is complete by pressing a hidden button in or near the restroom or providing feedback on a wireless phone, Pocket Director, or other device. Reports revealing restroom inspection compliance at all stores chain-wide helps ensure this important task is performed throughout the day at every store.
